TSCM Service

A TSCM service — Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, known in the UK as a local technical inspection or debugging sweep — is the professional detection of covert eavesdropping: listening devices, hidden cameras, RF and GSM transmitters, recorders and compromised infrastructure. It is Risk3's core discipline, not a sideline offered alongside due diligence or physical security. We have been protecting the spoken word in Asia since 1992.

What a Risk3 TSCM service covers

Each inspection combines a full radio-frequency spectrum examination reviewed against known device signatures, a physical search of the fabric of the room including fixtures, furniture, power and cabling, inspection of the conference and telephony systems in place, and thermal and non-linear junction detection where the environment calls for it. Every engagement ends with a written report of findings and practical recommendations, delivered only to you.

Scoped with the red-yellow-green floor plan

We scope and price every sweep from a floor plan you mark in three colours: red for spaces where a loss would be unrecoverable, swept every visit and priced first; yellow for the spaces that hear the red rooms; green for areas covered as time allows or rotated across a programme. The colours become the fixed quotation, so fees concentrate where the risk concentrates. Most corporate sweeps are delivered out of hours so that nothing looks out of the ordinary.
