Some of the most sensitive conversations a business ever has do not happen in its own boardroom. They happen at an AGM, a results roadshow, an off-site strategy retreat, a deal signing or an arbitration hearing — often in a hotel, a conference centre or a serviced venue that many other parties, contractors and staff pass through in the same week. Those rooms are outside your control, and that is precisely where event surveillance risk concentrates.
Risk3 provides two complementary services for these situations. A pre-event venue sweep inspects the meeting room and its immediate surroundings before the event, and again after venue staff and third-party suppliers have completed their set-up, so that anything introduced during the fit-out is caught before your people arrive. In-conference monitoring then watches the radio-frequency environment live, while the meeting is actually taking place, so that a device switched on only for the session does not go unseen.
Access to the room is controlled for the duration, and where the event runs over several days we re-inspect between sessions. This is the service behind the kind of engagement most organisations only think about afterwards: a three-day leadership conference handling unpublished results, a contested AGM, a board meeting held away from head office because head office is the one place everyone expects it.
